State-Of-The-Art Analysis

One of the first thing we encountered as we entered Tom Tits was this sticker:

The sticker was there to inform about Tom Tits app. The app is a digital guide that contains maps of the building and also more information about several experiments. Its propose is to contribute with more information for the curios soul. And if this sticker is attached on an experiment, it means that one can find out more information.

While at the museum I discovered several problems with the app. 

• The sticker that indicated that the experiment had more information in the app did not say the experiment’s name. Thus, I was forced several times to look around to see what it was named so i could look it up in the app. So it was to much effort for looking up the information. 
• Another problem was that non of the parents we talked with used the app. A few did not knew that it existed, and the others had chosen not to use it. 

So it seemed that parents did not use the app. At first i got the impression that the app was for parents, so they could read a bit more and then tell their children about it, but they clearly did not use the app. So it seems  like it is for younger adults and people that are curios, that want to know a little bit more. So it is good for those who wants to know more about the experiments.
